What type of hairstyle should I get?

I am 18, 5'9" and 125 pounds give or take and I have a baby face (I look like a 15-16 year old)...

I am going into college, and don't wanna look like a high schooler when I get there. I plan on taking a more social lifestyle in college, but it won't be very commanding if I look like a 16 year old especially in places like bars and frat parties.

basically right now I have your typical (kill me for admitting this) justin bieber hair cut. http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=58… straight dark hair that is swooped to my right in the front sort of... (I have had the hairstyle since I was 13 so bieber aint got **** on me, but it sucks when we are on chat roulette and people are like "HOLY **** its justin bieber!" and they are serious)

I actually lately have been getting it cut a little shorter, and much more thinned out, but it still ends up in the whole JB style within about 3 weeks... Are there any other styles that you think I could pull off? Don't wanna look like a total D-bag and take a comb to it in 3 different directions like a RL model, but also I'm tired of looking like a typical high schooler... I thought about buzzing it off, but I feel that because I am so skinny that would have a reverse effect.

The link goes to a facebook sign in page so face shape, features etc are unknown. By baby face, I assume you mean a more round looking face. A bowl style can make even perfect oval face shapes appear round. The general idea to break up the round look is to lengthen the face by having the hair mostly or completely off the forehead. Taper the sides so there is not much volume. Have some volume on top; or at least at the front hairline such as the short pomp(pompadour) front of a crew cut, ivy league(long crew cut), or flat top crew cut. Try a regular taper cut and then if you want a shorter style, go for an ivy league. Shorter still, a crew cut. I would not recommend a butch(buzzing it all off) as that style fully suits relatively few guys, while a good barber can design a short pomp style to fully suit most young guys. Thin athletic guys definitely suit these styles. It is more about skull shape, face and neck shape, frontal hairline and facial features than body type. After all, rowers tend to have a very low body fat percentage and are quite thin. Crew cuts and flat top crew cuts were almost the only haircut one saw at a track or cross country meet from the mid 1950's to mid 1960's.

Some barbers describe an ivy league as a crew cut just long enough to be parted and combed to the side, if so desired. An ivy league is usually worn with the hair brushed up off the forehead to form a short pomp front, and can also be worn with the short bangs brushed down on the forehead like a forward brush cut.

[crew cut above illustrates an outlined edge around the ear arches and an edge tapered to the skin at the nape of the neck. His crew cut is about 1.4" at the front hairline; 0.35" at the back of the crown; #1.5 blade around the ear arches and sideburns; #000 blade at the edge of hair growth at the nape of the neck. Guys often imagine a crew cut or ivy league is a lot shorter at the front than it actually is.]
To know the approximate length of a hair in a photo of a particular style: measure the face length in the photo from the center of the front hairline to the tip of the chin; measure the hair in the photo; assume an average eight inch adult male face length; proportionally adjust the lengths of the face and hair in the photo by assuming the length of the face in the photo is eight inches.

Essential barbering knowledge:

Grooming any of the short pomp(pompadour) styles- crew cut, ivy league, flat top crew cut- is basically the same and takes about a minute or two.
1) Towel dry hair.
2) Barely dip fingertips in jar of wax.
3)Transfer wax to palms.
4) Smooth palms over hair.
5)Brush hair off forehead to form short pomp front.
Whichever style you decide on, be sure to take a photo to help describe the desired haircut to the barber. If you need more photos of any of the styles discussed above let me know.
Good Luck!
