Sick from taking weight loss pill?

I'm 17 years old and I recently started taking the weight loss pill Lipo 6 black for hers. I'm 5'6 and 140lbs, not over weight, and very active. I just wanted to lose a few pounds. I had taken this product before about a year ago and it worked great, i started taking it again about a week ago and i felt okay until i upped the dos sageon friday night to three pills( the reccommended dosage). Ever since then i've been extremely dizzy to the point i can barely sit straight up for longer than 5 minutes. I've thrown up 3 times yesterday and then i had diheria today. ALSO i haven't taken the pill since Friday night around 6pm, and its sunday 4:50pm. I just want to hear your opinions on what i should do, my parents have no idea i took these pills, they think i just have the flu since its going around,

Will this workout/diet plan give me results?

Workout:

Every morning I wake up at 10 and I start with 30 minutes of yoga on the Wii Fit. Then, I do individual circuits, one for my legs and one for my arms on EA Sports Active and three exercises for my tummy (one on the Wii Fit, two without). I also do some cardio by hula-hooping and doing the dance-stepping game on the Wii Fit.

Diet:

No sugary drinks, only water and milk with cereal. I try to consume less than 1500 calories a day by eating soups, yogurts, cereals, and lean cuisines.

The workout sounds great =) Increasing cardio will help with losing fat in the body. Jogging, cycling, cardio machines at the gym are great ways to do this.

Be weary of dieting too hard, I've been there before, and if you eat foods you don't enjoy, or really like, you won't stick to it and gain weight back... and eliminating sugary drinks is really the way to go. =) Look for foods with lean protein, rich in fiber, and eat those veggies! The less refined the carb, the better. (whole wheat bread and pasta).

I would be inclined to say that the best dressed will be found in France. All the best fashion shows are in France and it just seems that French women are surrounded with so much style right from birth that they soak it up and they develop their own sense of style that may be unique, but never on the negative side. French women know how to carry themselves and just have a natural born elegance that makes even the most mundane clothing seem tres chic.

Well, certainly you can SEND them from Canada, but if you mean can you USE them as postage on letters mailed in Canada then No.

I think they go together well, not too similar.

Why do people in the Mexican soccer section always think that the US can't win the World Cup?

I've posted this question below in another section and the general consensus is that we have a good chance of winning the World Cup.

We already did great at the last World Cup or whatever cup that was in South Africa. We eliminated Italy, beat Spain!!!!!!! and almost beat Brazil in the final. So I don't see any reason why we can't repeat that and even take the cup. We are the best in CONCACAF and finished 2nd at the world cup last summer.

USA never won anything important.

Mexico beat Brasil 2-0 in '07 in the Copa America. USA had no points in that tournament.
